On December 17, 2011, the Canada Gazette released CEPA 71 Petroleum Priority Substances survey. Compliance with CEPA is mandatory, and your company must carefully review the survey requirements in order to comply.  Respondents have until May 18, 2012, at 1pm MST to complete the Identification and Declaration Form and submit to the Canadian Minister of the Environment.  

By March 1, 2012, MSDS Binders will develop a process to enable clients to collect quantity data for each location to collate and calculate quantities of the different 63 CAS to ease in your reporting.
