On December 17, 2011, the Canada Gazette released CEPA 71
Petroleum Priority Substances survey. Compliance with CEPA is
mandatory, and your company must carefully review the survey
requirements in order to comply. Respondents have until May
18, 2012, at 1pm MST to complete the Identification and
Declaration Form and submit to the Canadian Minister of the
Environment. By March 1, 2012, MSDS Binders will develop a process to enable clients to collect quantity data for each location to collate and calculate quantities of the different 63 CAS to ease in your reporting.
To assist you with these reporting requirements, MSDS
Binders has created a white paper with detailed information on how
to approach CEPA 71. Download your free CEPA 71 white paper
